We recently finished up this project for a client in Warner Robins, Georgia. Look at the difference! The picture on the left is the original, aged garage floor with years of oil build up and tire marks. There were also a few visible cracks from the natural shift in the slabs foundation that comes with age.
After a few hours of detailed prep work with our commercial diamond tipped grinder and vacuum, we were ready to seal up those cracks! Once the cracks cured we were able to apply the epoxy resin base coat with a grey pigment to ensure our flakes broadcast covered 100%. After 40 pounds of flakes were installed and given time to cure to the base coat, we were ready for the last two steps! Vacuuming any flakes that did not adhere to the base coat and then to finish it off, a nice, shiny top coat of epoxy resin to seal everything up!
