We have been busy installing tough, attractive, and affordable epoxy floors here in Middle Georgia lately! Take look at one of our most recent completions below.
After grinding this worn down garage floor with a commercial grade concrete grinder we repaired a few cracks that have developed over time with a durable crack filler. Followed by a bang-up vacuum process to rid the floor of dust generated from the grinding and a wipe down with acetone, we were ready to install some epoxy flooring! The flakes we installed into the epoxy resin in this garage is called "Gravel."

Keep scrolling, there's more! The next project we're excited to share with you is from an epoxy floor installation we completed on a back porch in Warner Robins.
Since this floor is outside it is prone to harsher conditions; especially THE SUN. When installing floors that will be subject to the sun we use a special epoxy floor resin for our top coat referred to as "polyaspartic." The reason for this you may wonder? The UV rays from the sun reacts with the epoxy floor resin we use for our garage floor top coats, eventually causing the clear coat to develop a yellow tint. Polyaspartic epoxy resin is specifically designed to withstand that reaction from the sun and its UV rays.
There is a plethora of different color flakes you can choose from when using flakes as your decorative coating for your floors as well as two different sizes: 1/8" and 1/4".
